Confidence in the cockpit beta course starting soon!

I  spent 20 years in the military as a pilot and over half of that as an  instructor pilot in pilot training.  I clearly did a lot of stick and  rudder instruction, but I realized that the area of training that had  the most powerful impact on the student's trajectory was mindset and  mental performance training.  Mindset and mental performance training  has the power to accelerate someone through training, increase speed of understanding, increase confidence and ultimately increase safety.  

This  is great news because everyone can train their mind!  The problem is,  most people do not know how, and instead of being an asset our minds  turn into a liability.  The goal of Crosscheck is to help pilots learn about the power of training their minds.   The world of high performance athletics has  seriously invested in maximizing the use of this powerful tool, and the  aviation community must follow suit.

Since retiring from the military I have added qualifications to my resume to ensure I am well equipped to help others achieve maximum potential with their aviation goals.  In addition to my flying experience, I am a Heroic Public Speaking trained professional speaker and Positive Performance Certified Mindset Coach.
